My mom passed on this recipe, I'm not sure where she got it, but it's great for get-togethers.
Vegetable Pizza
2 tubes Crescent Rolls (16 rolls)
3/4 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1/2 cup Sour Cream (optional)
2 8oz. Pkgs. Cream Cheese
1 env. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
3/4 cup Chopped green pepper
3/4 cup Chopped green onion
3/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup Chopped broccoli
3/4 cup Chopped carrots
3/4 cup Chopped cauliflower
3/4 cup Grated cheddar cheese (optional)
Cover the bottom of an 11 x 17 pan with sheets of crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until sheets are lightly browned. Combine salad dressing/mayo, sour cream, cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread mixture over cooled rolls. Sprinkle vegetables on top. Sprinkle cheese over vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap and press down into cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 3-4 hours. Cut in small squares to serve. Yield: 60 servings.
