I accepted to manage a project with a tight deadline. I had to assign certain tasks that were to be fulfilled as soon as possible as there had been a delay before I accepted. I have been trying to do my best since this project was assigned to me, but the client keeps putting pressure for things that depend on other people who are working hard to have everything ready. I have been put in such situation that those who I am managing have felt I am putting pressure on them.
I regret having accepted the project, but I need to be responsible and carry it until the end since I made the commitment. I have hardly slept, I am not eating well and I havenīt exercised. Furthermore, I have all the stress in the world. I am in the middle of the client and the workers. I hate the pressure on me and also to put pressure on others.
Please pray for me so that God helps me successfully complete the project without any problems. Please pray so that we all leave the stress behind.
Please pray so that I am able to sleep tonight, which can only be done if some files are ready soon.
